Corrections Partners, Inc. (CPI) is a firm that is comprised of experienced professionals in the field of corrections. The principals and associates of CPI have demonstrated excellence throughout their careers and are committed to meeting the needs of correctional organizations.

The principals of CPI are Dr. Gary E. Christensen and Ike Newton. Each of the principals offers a wide array of applied experience; and together their diversity allows them to offer a comprehensive array of services to meet the needs of any correctional organization. CPI's range of offerings allows them to cater to diverse jurisdictions, both large and small.

Gary E. Christensen has been employed within the correctional field for the past 34 years. Mr. Christensen earned a Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from Walden University and, as part of that endeavor, began to research the premise of EBP within a correctional environment.

Gary received national acclaim for his contributions to the field of corrections by being named the 2007 Jail Administrator of the Year by the American Jail Association.

Ike Newton has been the President of Black Creek Integrated Systems Corp. for the past 33 years. Under Ike's leadership, Black Creek has developed an unequalled reputation for innovation and excellence in correctional security design and touchscreen-based integrated security systems for use in corrections settings.

As principals of Corrections Partners, Inc. Ike and Gary continue to actively work with correctional leaders world-wide to facilitate the implementation of EBP within the criminal justice system.
